You may have heard that our relationship with Excellus Blue Cross has changed. Rest assured that we still work with all insurers in the NY area¹.

We work with all insurances, and we believe cost concerns should never hinder your access to quality healthcare. So, our rates are very competitive, and we can be a more convenient, lower cost option than the ER – while treating many of the same conditions/complaints.

Our transparent self-pay pricing is an all-inclusive² flat rate of $165 for patients without insurance or those who prefer not to submit claims.

Most of our convenient locations are open 7 days a week and virtual care is available 24/7.

¹At WellNow we are in-network with most major insurance plans and many smaller plans too. However, if your insurance is classified as "out of network," we will bill you our self-pay rate of $165.00 and assist you in submitting your invoice to your plan

²Our self-pay rates focus on Urgent Care services and exclude Occupational Medicine, Workers’ Compensation, and Sports, School, and DOT Physicals. Please be aware that external entities, such as labs and Durable Medical Equipment providers, may issue additional charges for services rendered.
